David Raffel excels at creating successful and dynamic teams that thrive in small business environments. Raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Dave is inspired by his Midwestern roots and shares a keen commitment to Main Street businesses. He understands the importance of small-town economies and the businesses that make them tick.

Dave co-founded Brass Ring Capital in 2004. He has enjoyed a lengthy career in private equity, investment banking, and lending. Dave earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. He also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Dave lives on Kiawah Island in South Carolina with his wife and dog. He has two grown daughters and enjoys golf, reading and travel with his college classmates.
