William L. Grindell

Fly-fishing requires skill, patience and strategy. An avid fly fisherman, Will Grindell was taught these skills early in life growing up in northwestern Wisconsin. He understands the need for attention to detail and a broad vision. Passionate about supporting and growing small businesses Will gets to hone these skills every day at Brass Ring Capital.

Will joined Brass Ring Capital in 2012. Previously, he worked in banking and finance with a focus on middle-market leveraged buyouts. Will earned an MBA from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas and BS from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.

Will lives in suburban Minneapolis with his wife and two children. He enjoys golf, reading and of course, fly-fishing.
