Benjamin A. Ikeda

Ben joined Brass Ring Capital as a Vice President in 2019 and was promoted to Principal in 2023. His responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, structuring transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to joining Brass Ring, Ben was a Vice President at Cherry Tree & Associates, a Minneapolis-based investment banking firm. While at Cherry Tree, he focused on executing M&A transactions across business services, industrials, and technology sectors.

Ben graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Gustavus Adolphus College with a B.A. in economics. He received an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. 

Ben lives in suburban Minneapolis with his wife and three children. He enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and reading.
