Rose Dubbs

Rose joined Brass Ring Capital as Vice President of Finance and Administration in 2024. Her responsibilities include leading the accounting, tax, and administrative functions for Brass Ring Capital and funds managed by Brass Ring Capital.  Prior to joining Brass Ring Capital, Rose was a Senior Associate in the mergers and acquisitions tax practice of a Big Four public accounting firm where she performed tax due diligence and advised clients on the tax implications of proposed transactions.

Rose graduated cum laude from Marquette University with a B.S. in Accounting. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law where she was senior editor of the law review.

Rose lives in suburban Minneapolis and enjoys being the fun aunt to her nieces and nephews, cheering on the Marquette University Golden Eagles in basketball, and checking out the Minneapolis restaurant scene.
