Brass Ring Capital is pleased to announce that Jeff Reamer and Kyle Field have recently joined the firm to support the ongoing growth of the business.
Jeff joined as a Managing Director and is a member of the investment committee. His responsibilities include spearheading post-closing value creation within the portfolio, sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, and shared leadership of Brass Ring Capital. Prior to joining Brass Ring Capital, Jeff co-founded DVG Partners, a lower middle market investment firm where he partnered with Brass Ring on four investments platforms. Jeff also founded and ran Post Cove Partners, a value creation focused consulting firm that worked with management teams and investors in the lower middle market. Prior to starting his entrepreneurial journey, Jeff held roles as the Chief Strategy Officer for Evolution Markets and as an investment professional at both MissionPoint Capital Partners and General Electric. He began his career as an officer in the United States Army. Jeff graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds both an MBA and Masters of Environmental Management from Yale.
Kyle joined as a Vice President, and his responsibilities include sourcing investment opportunities, structuring transactions, and driving operational improvements within portfolio companies. Prior to joining Brass Ring Capital, Kyle was a Vice President at DVG Partners. Before his finance career, Kyle served in several leadership and strategy roles in fast growing data and technology companies. Kyle began his career as an Infantry officer in the US Army. Kyle graduated cum laude from Norwich University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He earned an MBA in Finance from Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business.
